Service engagements
Revidio offers clients 4 main types of engagement and a free no-commitment assessment up to a limit of 5
man-days of consulting.
Free Assessments
Clients can receive up to 5 man-days of assessment consulting free of charge at the end of which Revidio will
deliver a proposal for a formal engagement. In the event of very large projects, this free consulting can be
extended on a case-by-case basis.
Onetime Projects
One time projects commit Revidio to deliver a specific result on a fixed fee per engagement. The deliverable
and the process will be agreed in the contract
Continuation Contracts
Continuation contracts set out the framework to manage and charge for a series of possible engagements such
as multi-phase projects, or, an implementation project followed by additional training or audits. For example
where an Implementation Project is conditioned by the results of a prior Study Project, the Study Project will set
out the deliverable and process on a fixed fee basis, and a charging framework will be described for costing the
Implementation Project.
Advisory services
Revidio promotes and supports regular and substantive discussion and interaction with clients through in-
context on-demand advisory services. These include but are not limited to: personal consulting to named
individuals, best practice research, problem and opportunity assessments, small-scale research, speaking
engagements and executive management small-group moderator engagements and executive training. These
services are delivered for an annual fee and tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
Implementation Project Audits
Revidio consultants knows how to make change happen. Project implementation audits review your Change
Management initiatives and provide an independent health check and best-practice recommendations for
success at the two most critical phases of your projects: Concept and Planning and Implementation.
