Approach

Revidio was engaged to benchmark the as-is performance and process,
redesign integrated Portfolio Management, Project and Software Product
development processes, and to deploy the new processes into the
organisation and supporting systems.
Results

Time-to-market now has “Best in class” processes for new product
development measured against international benchmarks.  Using modern  
project, portfolio and platform management techniques  cost overruns were
reduced by 74% and  schedule compliance was improved by 78%.
